  • Academic Background: 10th and 12th grade board, school name, year of passing, and percentage; undergraduate and postgraduate degree, university, year, CGPA; work experience details; backlogs (if any)
  • Standardised Test Scores: English proficiency test results (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo) including section scores, test dates, and expiry dates; aptitude test results (GRE, GMAT, SAT) including section-wise scores
  • Study Preferences: Target degree level, preferred intake year and semester, target countries, preferred programs/fields, annual budget, scholarship and education loan requirements, accommodation preferences
  • Application Data: University and program shortlists, submitted applications, application status and counsellor notes
  • Uploaded Documents: Marksheets, transcripts, passport copies, test scorecards, Statement of Purpose, CV, Letters of Recommendation, and financial documents
  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, session activity

Cross-Platform Data Synchronisation

Your student profile data is stored in a single, unified database (Firebase Firestore) and is accessible across all Aavanto platforms — including the Aavanto web dashboard and the Aavanto mobile application (iOS and Android). Data entered on one platform is automatically available on the other. This synchronisation is essential to provide a seamless, consistent experience and to eliminate the need to re-enter information.

Note: You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit your access to some services on our Platform. Most profile fields are set once and remain unchanged to ensure consistency across your applications.

We use your personal data for various legitimate purposes to provide and improve our services:
